As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. From this point on, you can view the shipment tracking for each package in your shipment in your user account under My Account - Orders

How can I specify a different delivery address?
To have your order delivered to a different address, simply select the appropriate option during the ordering process and enter the desired delivery address. 

Can I have my order delivered to a DHL Packstation (in Germany)?
Yes, delivery to a DHL Packstation is possible. Simply enter the delivery address as follows:
First name Last Name
Street and number: Packstation XXX (packing station number)
Address supplement 1: Your post number
City: postal code and city of the Packstation
